I'm Robert Kotsch, a creative technologist working at the intersection of AI, real-time 3D, and interactive learning. I build with emerging tools rather than just talking about them — turning fast-moving AI capability into media, software, and systems that ship.

Most of my work now runs on AI: agentic coding, multi-agent systems, custom MCP tooling, and generative pipelines for image, video, and voice. Several of these run on self-hosted edge hardware, where tight constraints push toward genuinely solid engineering.

That sits on top of years of production craft. Since 2016 I've produced 3D animation, explainer video, and interactive e-learning at chemmedia AG for clients including Mercedes-Benz, MAN, and BMW — work where precision and compliance leave no room for guesswork. The combination is deliberate: AI brings speed, while craft and judgment decide what's worth shipping.
