A Progressive Web App push-up timer for the “Bring Sally Up” challenge, synced to Moby’s “Flower”. Full Challenge mode follows the exact song timing — 30 reps across 4 blocks; Training mode adds configurable drills: tempo reps, endurance sets, isometric holds, dead-stop presses, fatigue ladders, and a ramp protocol. Audio and voice cues, full-screen colour-flash transitions, vibration feedback, and Screen Wake Lock keep it usable mid-workout.
